- Understand customer requirements, in simple words, their business, and articulating it.
- Communicating with global customer over emails or phone.
- Creating content for various industries and sectors, and of different natures, depending on the customer requirement and target group.
- You must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure.
- Be experienced in business and marketing communication, or have in-depth understanding of the same.
